Aging well education

What’s included

Experiential learning opportunities address alternatives to an “aging as decline” narrative. Participants evaluate their own aging ideas to identify ways to enhance a “growth rather than loss” perspective. Interactive education is both supportive and fun.

Participants learn new perspectives related to positive aging. Experiencing security and support increases well-being both individually and in each community. Each group is unique as members determine discussion content. Because of information shared, participants know how to meaningfully support each other between sessions. Aging Well groups last approximately an hour.
